Cricket is an exciting game that encourages leadership, friendship, and teamwork, which brings together people from different nationalities, cultures, and religions, especially when played within the Spirit of Cricket.

The purposes of the VSDCUA are:

1. The protection and furtherance of the interests of umpires in the Victorian Sub-District Cricket Association. (VSDCA); and
    

2. The promotion of satisfaction in umpiring and fellowship amongst all umpires.

The VSDCUA provides umpires for VSDCA matches across Melbourne. We offer coaching, training, and resources for those interested in becoming umpires or are seeking career advancement.

Mutual support and social interaction are key features of the VSDCUA. Group meetings are held each month throughout the cricket season. Umpiring apparel is provided at discounted prices.
